The location was quiet, nestled in an idyllic spot under Buckden Pike. the White Lion Inn is a popular pub for both drinking and dining. - It's just a short 5-minute drive to Buckden Pike.

Very nice hotel, with the most beautiful bar of all times !

Unfortunately the bar was completely empty around 9 in the evening.

My room was recently refurbished with an extremely comfy bed and an excellent breakfast. Having a rainfall shower and a heated floor was a bonus. - the location was amazing, short walk to hiking, a delightfully rural pub, and the restaurant in the evening, and had great views.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was perfect. The double room was cosy with comfortable beds. It was luxurious and easy to move around, private bathroom.
